Jobtailor is seeking a data/BI analyst to drive customer acquisition, share-of-wallet expansion, and retention through analytics and actionable dashboards. You will partner with commercial leaders to create KPI-driven insights across sales, marketing, and finance, while building campaigns and vendor analyses to optimize ROI.

The role involves data modeling, ERP/BI integrations, and executive-ready reporting; strong Excel, SQL, and BI tools experience is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–3+ years of analytical experience; investment banking, management consulting, equity research, FP&A, or corporate strategy backgrounds strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested logic, pivot tables, dynamic arrays, and large datasets.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL or a comparable query language, including joining tables and aggregations.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, minimal oversight, fast-paced conditions, and shifting priorities.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools; Power BI preferred, with Tableau, Looker, or similar acceptable.
• Exposure to Power Query (M), DAX, Python, or R.
• Experience in distribution, B2B, or commercial/sales-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools for real‑time performance visibility across sales, marketing, and finance.
• Design KPIs, financial analyses, and executive‑ready dashboards to measure commercial organization performance.
• Develop targeted customer lists and campaign reporting to enable and measure sales and marketing campaign ROI.
• Generate analytical insights supporting and growing strategic vendor relationships.
• Collect, organize, model, and operationalize data across multiple ERP and BI systems.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the commercial business unit.
• Synthesize findings into clear presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
