Job summary

Farmers in Mexico is seeking a Business Operations Analyst I to oversee reception, workplace services, procurement, supplier relationships and office operations. You will ensure teams have the resources and support to succeed, while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance and business units to manage purchasing, contracts and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional experience.
• Experience in insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and workplace support services.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding.
• Coordinate purchasing needs with business stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies, approvals, and budgets.
• Manage supplier relationships, records, contracts, compliance documentation, and performance.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams on supplier negotiations and contract requirements.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, facilities services, and employee workplace requests.
