Job summary

Farmers Insurance Careers Mexico is seeking a capable professional to oversee reception, workplace services, procurement, and office operations. You will support employees and business teams by coordinating supplies, contracts, and day-to-day facilities while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

You will work with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to manage supplier negotiations and contract requirements, while maintaining high service levels and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Experience in insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and workplace support services.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding.
• Coordinate purchasing with stakeholders and ensure policy and budget compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business teams on negotiations and requirements.
• Coordinate office maintenance and facilities services, handling employee requests.
