Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Aguascalientes seeks a Business Excellence Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes, providing technical support and maintaining manufacturing methods across the product lifecycle.

Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, you will generate production plans, support plastics manufacturing, lead Kaizen improvements, uphold 5S, and assist in warehouse operations. Engineering background and lean skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering degree or related.
• English: Intermediate-Advanced.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Nice to have knowledge of Flex Sim and Minitab; Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Generate manufacturing plans for production areas.
• Provide industrial engineering support for the plastics area.
• Generate improvements (Kaizen) for the plastics area.
• Monitor 5S throughout the plant.
• Support in the supermarket and warehouse areas.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Excellence Leader located in Aguascalientes. Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, Business Excellence Leader role involves plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.

Typical day

• Generation of plans for manufacturing areas.
• Industrial Engineering support for the plastics area.
• Generation of improvements (Kaizen) for the plastics area.
• Monitoring of 5S throughout the plant.
• Support in the supermarket and warehouse areas.

Experience / Requirements

• Industrial Engineering degree or related.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean tools Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Nice to have knowledge of Flex Sim simulation, knowledge of Minitab & green Belt certification.
