Job summary

Flex seeks a Business Excellence Leader in Aguascalientes to drive manufacturing excellence. You will plan and coordinate manufacturing processes, provide technical support, and lead improvements in the plastics area as part of the product lifecycle.

Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, you will ensure 5S, Kaizen activities, and warehouse support align with Flex standards while promoting an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (intermediate-advanced).
• Industrial Engineering degree or related field preferred.
• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Generate manufacturing area plans and schedules.
• Provide Industrial Engineering support for plastics area.
• Lead Kaizen improvements for the plastics area.
• Monitor 5S across the plant.
• Support supermarket and warehouse areas.

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Excellence Leader located in Aguascalientes. Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, Business Excellence Leader role involves plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.

What a typical day looks like:

• Generation of plans for manufacturing areas.
• Industrial Engineering support for the plastics area.
• Generation of improvements (Kaizen) for the plastics area.
• Monitoring of 5S throughout the plant.
• Support in the supermarket and warehouse areas.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Industrial Engineering degree or related.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean tools
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Nice to have knowledge of Flex Sim simulation, knowledge of Minitab & green Belt certification.
