Formación

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or similar field.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level is a must.
  • SAP experience is preferable.
  • Business/Finance Controlling experience.
  • Proficient in office tools including Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills for data processing.

Responsabilidades

  • Support implementation of new business processes.
  • Create transparency for Gross Profit and analyze job profitability.
  • Ensure timely invoicing of contractual charges.
  • Improve Balance Sheet hygiene.
  • Produce high-quality financial data and reporting.
  • Drive Risk Management agenda with BCO team.
  • Participate in the Forecasting process.
  • Deliver Financial Health Metrics per corporate targets.
  • Collaborate with Area Finance Team in India and Mexico.

  • Ensures control processes to avoid revenue leakage

  • Executes high‑quality accounting, forecasting, and controlling services for assigned entities/products

As a Business Controller (BCO), you’ll play a vital part in our success. You’ll support and drive the finance controlling agenda, and improve short‑ and long‑term performance through relevant, accurate and timely reporting; analysis, decision support and participation through business partnering across brands and entities.

Key responsibilities
  • Support implementation of new business to avoid any risks at the largest extent.
  • Create reporting transparency of Gross Profit and analysis of job profitability.
  • Revenue integrity, ensuring contractual charges are timely and fully invoiced.
  • Support to reduce Balance Sheet risk by improving BS hygiene.
  • Production of high‑quality financial data and reporting.
  • Support BCO team while driving Risk Management agenda to improve current compliance levels.
  • Active participation in the Forecasting exercise to support FBP’s projections.
  • Ensure Financial Health Metrics are delivered as per corporate targets.
  • Partnering with AtR GSC (India/Mexico) and Area Finance Team.
We are looking for

In this role you ought to be passionate about assisting in maintaining, reviewing, and monitoring the continued effectiveness of the system of internal controls. Participate in monthly and annual closing procedures, support execution of quarterly RoFo process and ensure correct classification of cost/revenue. You are highly independent, enjoy working at a fast pace, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.

As for skill set and experience, we are looking for:

  • Accounting, economics, administration, or a similar degree.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level is a must.
  • SAP experience, NFTP knowledge is a plus.
  • Business/Finance Controlling experience.
  • Experience using office tools is a must, including Excel proficiency.
  • Analytical skills needed, including data processing.
