Plata Card is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, focusing on postal deliveries of Plata cards and banking products to customers. You will partner with product, analytics, and engineering to design scalable processes and improve delivery efficiency.

In this role you will own the business backlog, write clear requirements for development, and measure impact with key metrics. Strong communication with partners and stakeholders is essential.

Descripción del empleo

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, responsible for delivering Plata cards and banking products directly to customers. This role focuses on the postal deliveries — one of the methods of delivery products to our clients. This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development and communication with partners. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency.

Challenges that await you:

• Develop business and operational processes for the Postal direction.
• Work deeply with the partners :
• we use several partners for postal deliveries
• Design interfaces and solutions within internal systems .
• Participate in team development
• Work with the backoffice system :
• Design, document, and maintain operational regulations, workflows, and standards .
• Critically assess incoming requests, identify root causes of problems , and challenge initial assumptions when necessary.
• Own and manage the business backlog : collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan delivery.
• Write clear and structured requirements for development teams.
• Define tasks, track progress, and control delivery timelines .
• Work with product analysts to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of changes.
• Monitor and improve key metrics related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders .
