Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Brand Lead for Hematology to drive commercialization of Reblozyl and upcoming Cell Therapies. You will orchestrate a cross-functional team, translate science into commercial strategy, and ensure rapid access across public and private sectors in Mexico.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in pharma marketing, strong launch track record, and fluency in Spanish and English, with deep knowledge of market access and regulatory considerations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• At least 3 years in hematology marketing or brand management in specialty/high-complexity settings.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual brand plan for Reblozyl and Cell Therapies.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
• Drive launch readiness across cross-functional teams and markets.
• Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies based on insights.
• Lead omnichannel campaigns; leverage AI and analytics for segmentation.
