Job summary

Wallabaga is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager with strong e‑commerce background to own a pet brand’s strategy, growth, and performance. You will drive Shopify storefront, Amazon, and TikTok Shop growth while coordinating with PPC, email, and product teams.

You’ll report to the CEO, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and shape color/pattern launches across channels to maximize conversions and repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of brand management, e-commerce, or growth marketing with direct accountability for performance.
• Demonstrated ownership of a brand’s growth strategy and commercial results across multiple channels.
• Strong Shopify experience with storefront growth, merchandising, conversion optimization, and promotions.
• Experience improving repeat purchases through email and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with single-purchase or non-subscription DTC brands with frequent product releases.
• Familiarity with Amazon and TikTok Shop; ability to evaluate marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand’s overall performance across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other channels.
• Lead Shopify growth: improve storefront revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchases.
• Guide merchandising and customer experience with the Shopify manager.
• Own conversion optimization across mobile and desktop experiences.
• Direct paid acquisition: align Meta and Google campaigns with brand goals.
• Manage Amazon and Chewy PPC agencies and track results.
• Strengthen retention with Klaviyo campaigns and lifecycle programs.
• Lead coordinated product launches with Product & Wholesale Manager.
• Align brand messaging across storefronts, emails, and social channels.
• Coordinate brand visibility with affiliates, creators, and SEO teams.
• Make data-driven decisions using Shopify GA4 Triple Whale and dashboards.
• Report sales trends, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and recommendations to the CEO.
