MezTal is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll processing and related administrative activities. You will handle biweekly payroll, maintain payroll information, implement approved wage changes, and manage payroll-related documentation.

Work closely with Accounting and HR to resolve payroll questions and ensure compliance with wage scales. Strong English communication and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Experience supporting payroll processing and administration.
• Hands-on payroll inputs, changes, and documentation.
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams.

Responsabilidades

• Process biweekly payroll accurately in accordance with procedures.
• Manage payroll inputs and employee changes for each cycle.
• Process wage adjustments and verify against wage scales.
• Enter and maintain payroll data in the system.
• Maintain payroll documentation and records.
• Coordinate with Accounting and HR to resolve payroll questions.
