Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in bioinformatics or related field.
• 4+ years in bioinformatics data analysis or research role.
• Strong programming in Python or R with relevant libraries.
• Experience with statistical analysis and ML techniques.
• Familiarity with genomics/transcriptomics/proteomics data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale biological datasets (genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics).
• Develop and implement statistical models and ML algorithms.
• Design and execute computational experiments to test hypotheses.
• Collaborate with biologists and chemists to define research questions.
• Develop data visualization tools and reports to communicate findings.
• Stay current with advancements in bioinformatics and data science.
