Job summary

Syngenta Vegetable Seeds seeks an R&D Analytics - AI Developer to design data pipelines, build AI-enabled analytical software, and deploy ML models in a production environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with R&D scientists and data teams to deliver scalable, explainable analytics within a cloud-based infrastructure.

The successful candidate will master AI platforms and agentic AI tools to accelerate delivery, while embedding domain logic, models, and governance across vegetable R&D data

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, AI, CS or related field.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI and ML frameworks and big data tools.
• Proven ability to deploy ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to support ML models and analytics.
• Create analytical software and AI solutions integrating domain data and workflows.
• Containerize apps and deploy in cloud environments (AWS).
• Collaborate with scientists and analytics teams to translate needs into software.
• Use AI coding Assistants and platforms to accelerate delivery with QA and testing.
