Job summary

Hyundai Glovis México, a logistics company within the Hyundai Motor Group, seeks a Billing Specialist to manage invoicing workflows from receipt to accounting registration. The role requires experience in invoicing, AR/AP, and collection or controlling, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities include reviewing invoices in multiple systems, reconciling supplier statements, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Excel at least intermediate to advanced.
• English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing process, including invoice receipt, validation, processing, and accounting registration.
• Review and process invoices through different systems and platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the relevant areas.
• Review and reconcile supplier statements, following up on inquiries and resolving outstanding issues.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies throughout the billing process.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required financial information and documentation, and prepare month-end provisions.
