Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to support key procurement processes and programs. You will manage RFPs, assist in negotiations and cost analyses, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to purchase goods, materials, and services.

Responsibilities include executing procurement standards, processing POs, and maintaining comprehensive records. Strong English communication and a university degree are required, with APICS or CI certifications preferred.

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serves as primary contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing for goods, materials, and services to optimize procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals and financial reports to support decision making.
• Supports development of RFPs and bid packages ensuring competitive sourcing.
• Maintains records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and inventories.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule expedited deliveries and resolve shortages.
• Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a commodity.
• Oversees schedules and purchase orders for commodities.
• May perform delivery assurance activities.
• Performs other related duties to support departmental goals.

**Qualifications You Must Have:

• + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field.


• + Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.
