Job summary

Banco Citi Mexico Sociedad Anonima in Veracruz seeks a Bi-Lingual Client Service Officer to deliver high-touch service for Ultra High Net Worth clients, applying in-depth knowledge of banking, lending and investments to fulfill client requests.

You will be the primary contact post onboarding, partner with Sales to drive servicing, and manage high-value transactions with risk-aware review while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required, both written and verbal.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in client services or banking.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of banking, investments and credit products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact post onboarding to acknowledge and complete requests to drive satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales to engage clients and exceed their needs.
• Manage servicing for high-net-worth clients and assess urgency and risks.
• Coordinate client visits and perform service quality checks.
• Handle high-value transactions for banking and investment products with risk-aware review.
• Investigate fraud indicators, secure accounts, and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and ensure operational integrity.
• Maintain account maintenance tasks such as address and contact updates.
• Follow banking policies, update clients on important notifications, and support process improvements.
