Kromberg & Schubert in Mexico is seeking a Bilingual Training Systems Analyst to coordinate training programs and maintain platforms. The role focuses on delivering user guidance, conducting trainings for employees and key users, and ensuring accurate training records across systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in data analysis or HR related roles, solid Excel skills, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with global teams to update platforms and support audits.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, administration, training, HR or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive and results-oriented.
• English B2-C1: Reading, writing, and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update training programs on platforms and software.
• Train employees and key users on the correct use of the training platform.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and procedures in English.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve platform related questions or issues.
• Coordinate with global corporate teams regarding platform updates and requirements.
• Support audits by providing accurate training records and evidence.

Experience

• Experience in Automotive industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, administration, training, HR or similar roles.

• Intermediate- advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive and results- oriented.
