Kia Mexico is seeking a Training Programs Manager to design, execute, and optimize corporate training initiatives in support of manufacturing operations in Nuevo León. You will collaborate with multiple areas to identify training needs and ensure delivery across programs.

The role requires knowledge of L&D theories, experience with STPS compliance, and familiarity with SAP reporting. This position supports continuous improvement of training with emphasis on impact and efficiency.

Formación

• Engineer degree or related, production supervisor experience desirable.
• Knowledge of L&D theories and methodologies.
• Experience in training compliance (STPS).
• Learning strategies knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the different training programs implemented in KMX.
• Analyze evaluations and tools to measure the effectiveness of the programs and courses.
• Manage and update training related reports in SAP.
• Manage invoices and payments for suppliers.
• Legal compliance of the training according to the STPS requirements.

• Analyze the evaluations and tools to measure the effectiveness of the programs and courses
• Manage and update training related reports in SAP
• Manage invoices and payments for suppliers
• Legal compliance of the training according to the STPS requirements

Qualifications:

• Engineer degree or related (desirable experience as production supervisor)
• Knowledge of L&D theories and methodologies
• Experience in training compliance (STPS)
• Learning Strategies knowledge
