OpenTable, based in Mexico City, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a fast-growing global team in a hybrid role. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and community channels, delivering exceptional service to diners and partners.

You will own complex issues from first contact to resolution, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely outcomes. Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience providing customer support via phone, email, or chat.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience operating Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including CST times.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, chat, and community channels.
• Own customer issues from first contact to resolution.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Adapt communication to a global customer base.
