The role is 100% on site at Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, with 8-hour shifts, training from day one, and English proficiency requirements (B2+).

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Advanced English (B2+).
• Comfortable speaking 100% in English.
• 6+ months experience in technical support (call center).
• Strong computer skills.
• Full documentation.
• Availability for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Internet, WiFi, Voice).
• Guide customers through clear technical steps.
• Analyze routers and modems to identify root causes.
• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on service enhancements.
