is hiring Technical Support Fiber Agents to deliver outstanding customer service and technical support for high-speed fiber internet. You will join a global company in a professional international environment with paid training and major medical benefits. The role is 100% on site at Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, with 8-hour shifts, training from day one, and English proficiency requirements (B2+).

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Advanced English (B2+).
• Comfortable speaking 100% in English.
• 6+ months experience in technical support (call center).
• Strong computer skills.
• Full documentation.
• Availability for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Internet, WiFi, Voice).
• Guide customers through clear technical steps.
• Analyze routers and modems to identify root causes.
• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on service enhancements.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Base salary: $20K mxn. before taxes
• Transportation Bonus: $750 mxn.
• Paid training (7 weeks)

SCHEDULE

• Training: Monday to Friday
• 8-hours shifts within service window (8:00 am. - 8:00 pm.)
• 1 hour lunch break
• Monday to Sunday | 2 consecutive days off

RESPONSIBILITIES
