Computrabajo is seeking a Technical Support Fiber Agent to provide remote technical assistance for high-speed fiber internet services in CDMX. You will troubleshoot connectivity, WiFi, voice, and network issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English and Spanish. Onsite work in AZCapotzalco, CDMX with 40-hour weeks and training provided.

Formación

• Experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, ISP, Telecom, Networking, or Call Center Technical Support.
• Understanding of internet connectivity, WiFi, routers, and modems.
• Basic networking concepts: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in Call Center (Tech Support).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve internet, WiFi, voice, and connectivity issues remotely.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear technical support.
• Analyze modem, router, and network equipment performance to identify root causes.
• Use internal tools and workflows to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Determine whether issues are related to customer equipment or the network.
• Minimize unnecessary technician dispatches through effective remote troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on available connectivity solutions and service enhancements.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
