Formación

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• 2-3 years of experience with electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems over the phone with customers.
• Proficient computer skills and use of Franke PBS for service work.
• Professional phone demeanor and on-site availability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service directly or via service providers and customers.
• Share technical know-how of Franke products with service partners.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to update internal documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and quoting for large scale repairs.
• Document calls and dispatch service providers as needed.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Maintain warranty status checks and field service history.
