Franke LLC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Refrigeration Systems) to maintain service documentation and guide internal/external teams. You will ensure accurate product knowledge dissemination and provide phone-based technical support for Franke equipment.

The role requires 2–3 years in refrigeration systems, strong communication, and on-site availability. You will work with engineering and service teams to update documentation and assist in field service activities.

Formación

• Bilingual – Spanish and English required.
• 2-3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems and their repair.
• Can troubleshoot technical problems over the phone with customers or service providers.
• Must have computer skills since we use Franke PBS to track our service work.
• Must be professional on the phone with customers.
• Open to work on site.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service directly or indirectly through interactions with service providers and customers.
• Provide technical assistance and resources related to Franke products and updates.
• Work to facilitate customer resolution for escalated issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Dispatch Service Providers as necessary and document calls for service history.
• Travel up to 25% as required and support field service activities.
