Franke Group in Mexico offers an engineering internship focused on standardizing Laser Cutting and Bending processes on the production floor. You will update and standardize process documentation, run time studies, and provide on-site technical support to improve flow and efficiency.

• Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Update and standardize process documentation for cutting and bending operations.
• Conduct time studies in the production area.
• Provide technical support on the production floor.
• Identify improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, productivity, and ergonomics.
• Follow up on engineering prototypes.
• Manage and follow up on engineering changes related to manufacturing processes.

About The Job

Provide support to the Engineering area in the standardization and improvement of Laser Cutting and Bending processes through documentation updates, time studies, capacity analysis, and technical support on the production floor.

The project will focus on identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce processing times, improve production flow, increase equipment efficiency, and standardize work methods, while also providing support for engineering changes related to these processes.
