Chiaphua Components Group, CCMX, in Mexico, seeks a Bilingual Recruiter to lead end-to-end staffing for direct and indirect labor across production, admin, and technical roles. You will partner with the Central Recruitment Team in China to meet staffing needs for growth in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage ATS/HRIS functions, monitor KPIs, and build strong pipelines while communicating effectively with international teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience, handling direct and indirect labor.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive recruitment is preferred.

Bilingual Recruiter – CCMX

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for both direct labor (production associates) and indirect labor (administrative, technical, engineering, and management positions). This role ensures timely staffing according to production requirements and business growth while maintaining close communication with the Central Recruitment Team in China. The position requires strong organizational skills, data analysis capabilities, excellent communication, and experience managing high-volume recruitment projects in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full-lifecycle recruitment process for both direct labor (production associates) and indirect labor (administrative, technical, engineering, and management positions).
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and headcount plans to ensure timely staffing alignment with production demands and business growth.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and HR teams to define recruitment priorities and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with the Central Recruitment Team at China headquarters, participating in regular meetings to review hiring status and staffing progress.
• Manage and update vacancy information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), continuously monitoring and building strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
• Track and analyze key recruitment KPIs—including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and recruitment funnel metrics to recommend actionable improvements.
• Establish and maintain strong external relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, job boards, and local community partners to support sourcing efforts.
• Organize and support recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring campaigns, while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience, specifically handling both direct and indirect labor hiring.
• Previous recruitment experience within the manufacturing or automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment projects and executing complex staffing plans for production operations.
• Native or fluent in Spanish, paired with advanced (spoken and written) English proficiency to facilitate seamless global communication.
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, particularly with headquarters in China.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems (preferred), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills; ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
