Enovis seeks a Patient Services Representative III to provide advanced case management and customer support to patients, providers, and insurers. This role operates as a subject matter expert for complex cases, offers escalation handling, and mentors teammates to improve service quality.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and ability to work East Coast hours from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• 3–5 years of customer service, patient services, reimbursement, healthcare support, or related experience.
• 2–3 years of bilingual voice experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing escalated customer service situations and complex patient cases.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication with patients, physicians, insurers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex patient cases from initiation through resolution with high care standards.
• Be primary contact for escalated patient, provider, and payer inquiries.
• Explain medical, insurance, and reimbursement information clearly to patients and providers.
• Mentor and guide Patient Services Representatives I and II.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Service, Manufacturing and other departments to support patients.
