Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a senior bilingual Lead Facilitator & Coach to deliver a two-site leadership optimization engagement. You will own sponsor alignment, stakeholder interviews, findings synthesis, and end-to-end workshop facilitation for Mexicali and Monterrey sites.

The role includes coaching, roadmap development, and producing sponsor-ready deliverables. The engagement is primarily virtual with onsite delivery for two two-day workshops, travel for a combined six-day trip, and

Formación

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required with facilitation and coaching context.
• Senior level facilitation and executive coaching experience.
• Experience leading sponsor conversations with senior leaders and plant leadership.
• Familiarity with social styles or similar behavioral frameworks.
• Ability to synthesize stakeholder input into actionable themes.
• Strong workshop design, group facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally to Mexico; valid passport.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sponsor alignment sessions and establish engagement objectives.
• Conduct up to 20 structured stakeholder interviews per site (30 minutes each).
• Synthesize insights into themes and actionable recommendations.
• Design and facilitate two-day onsite leadership workshops at each site.
• Develop roadmaps with clear owners, dates, and accountability.
• Provide cohort skill building and 1-on-1 coaching for leaders.
• Own project closeout and final handoff materials for both sites.
