Relay Human Cloud seeks a Lead Controller to direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting and audit readiness. You will interface with the CFO to drive process improvements and control environments.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent certification is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Review journals, accruals, reconciliations, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate audits and prepare audit-ready support and schedules.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and close documentation.
