SEGULA Technologies seeks a Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Controller to oversee FP&A, financial health, and control processes for the organization. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with local management and global headquarters.

The role requires 4–6 years in financial planning or corporate controlling, with advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite). English fluency and strong communication are essential for cross‑border collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial planning, corporate controlling, or senior financial analysis.
• Advanced / Fluent English (C1/C2); able to lead meetings and write reports in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, macros, formulas).
• Robust experience with Tier-1 ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar); BI tools like Power BI/Tableau are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Design and present KPIs and executive decks to local and global leadership.
• Monitor working capital, optimize costs, and forecast cash flow.
• Support compliance with local regulations and audit requirements; strengthen internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline financial workflows.
