Genesis Management in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead full-cycle HR operations for MX and US teams. Based in Polanco, this hands-on leadership role partners with US executives and reports to the CEO, blending policy development with day-to-day people management.

You will lead a small HR team, manage compensation, payroll, benefits, and performance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive training initiatives while fostering a bilingual,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; required.
• 5+ years HR experience across Mexico and US operations.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican labor law and statutory requirements (LFT, IMSS).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience leading an HR team or professionals.
• Proficiency in standard workplace systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle HR operations for MX and US teams.
• Lead the HR team of three and report to US-based CEO.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican and US labor laws and maintain records.
• Design and coordinate employee training aligned with goals.
