Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico is seeking a bilingual Complaints Analyst I (Temporary 12 months) to maintain quality processes for product complaint handling. You will review documentation from calls, faxes, and emails worldwide, ensuring proper data collection, investigation, and closure for regulatory reporting.

The role demands strong English skills, close to college completion or equivalent experience, and a disciplined approach to data and documentation.

Competenze

• Must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Close to completion of college career or recently finished or equivalent experience, preferably in related fields.
• 0–2 years of quality, manufacturing, or regulatory experience in medical devices or regulated industries preferred.
• ASQ certification, Six Sigma, and Process Excellence knowledge are a plus.

Mansioni

• Responsible for complaint management (Entry, Follow ups, Product Analysis, Closure, etc.).
• Understand the complaint database and basic principles related to customer complaints.
• Establish reports for prompt review of new complaints, regulatory decisions, and follow-up.
• Develop, establish, prepare, and distribute dashboards and reports to assure complaints are processed in a timely manner.
• Code the event and ensure all required information for a complaint file is documented for regulatory decisions.
• Coordinate with worldwide complaint groups and internal departments (Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, Technical Services).
• Write customer response letters as required.
