Responsibilities

• Represents the Company in all Customs matters related to Mexico.
• Ensures and anticipates compliance of Mexico Government requirements.
• Reviews changes and analyzes impact related to Customs laws and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with Internal Customs yearly forecast as well as financial reports.
• Analyzes import/export balances and reconciles customs documents with records.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of permits and licenses.
• Coordinates with US Brokers for issue resolution affecting operations.
• Conducts periodic audits of information loaded into Customs System.
