Alaska Airlines is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Puerto Vallarta for a fixed-term six-month assignment. As part of the passenger service team, you will assist guests with travel needs, handle ticketing, check-in and boarding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to speak Spanish and English.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service or community service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to lift 25 kgs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Ability to learn a computerized reservation system.
• Must be able to work in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with travel needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Sell tickets and ensure cabin accommodations.
• Perform computer and paperwork tasks.
• Coordinate seat assignments, meals, and upgrades.
• Assist with boarding, ticket checks, and cabin security.
• Handle passenger luggage and cargo processing as needed.
