Alaska Airlines, Inc. in Puerto Vallarta is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a fixed-term six-month assignment to assist guests with travel needs and perform ticketing, check-in and boarding tasks.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, bilingual English/Spanish, 25 WPM, ability to lift 25 kg, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; a high school diploma and right to work in Mexico are required. It is a part-time, on-site position with a comprehensive total rewards package.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to lift 25 kgs.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have legal right to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with travel needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Sell tickets and ensure cabin accommodations.
• Perform computer and paperwork tasks.
• Arrange seat assignments and meal/upgrades as needed.
• Boarding and gate duties; assist and direct passengers.
• Process and secure passenger luggage.
• May assist with cargo processing and aircraft grooming.
