John F. Kennedy School in Querétaro is seeking an Admissions Advisor with a service mindset to guide families through the enrollment process, ensuring a warm, organized, and timely experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in admissions or sales within educational institutions, advanced English (minimum B2), and proficiency with Google Workspace. You will build relationships, follow up with families, coordinate campus tours and assessments, and maintain CRM records.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of admissions or sales experience in educational institutions.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily follow-up with prospective families until enrollment is completed.
• Deliver clear and compelling information about the school’s educational programs.
• Coordinate campus tours, interviews, and assessments.
• Maintain updated records in the CRM system and student files.
• Support promotional and student recruitment events.
• Follow up on administrative requirements and pending items.
• Generate basic progress and admissions reports.
