PepsiCo is seeking an R&D Lab Assistant Analyst to support beverages formula development at benchtop level. You will coordinate with product developers and QA, contributing to Innovation, TBS and productivity projects for LATAM beverages.

You will execute bench-top development tasks, maintain lab inventories, and assist with analytical equipment maintenance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant formulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Chemistry, Food Science, Food Process Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and laboratories.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute bench-top development tasks including prototyping, formula adjustments, and specifications.
• Meet project success criteria on time, quality, and performance per plans.
• Maintain lab facilities, materials, and inventories; manage SAP PO creation and goods receipts.
• Assist site management with equipment maintenance and calibration; support filler and processing equipment.
• Support new material and supplier qualification per R&D protocols.
• Perform physical-chemical analysis and collect competitive data.
