Coca-Cola HBC Mexico invites an experienced R&D Manager, Product Development for Dairy & Plant Based categories. You will oversee a portfolio of innovation, regulatory, and quality-improvement programs, and drive commercialization timelines from desk to pilot and scale-up with autonomy.

The role requires coordinating with R&D, CPS, G2G, marketing, finance, and bottling partners to ensure adherence to KO standards and local regulations, while delivering robust, market-ready products.

Formación

• 3-5 years of deep knowledge and relevant experience in R&D roles or commercialization roles.
• Experience integrating end-to-end technical scopes for innovation projects.
• Knowledge of expanded Technical Functions as Supply Chain, Quality, SRA, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GDI project execution and management, including commercialization.
• Own project timelines and coordinate interactions among R&D, CPS, G2G, marketing, finance, and bottling partners.
• Develop product development approaches, project plans, and disciplined execution to deliver new product launches or reformulations.
