Blue Yonder seeks a Benefits Analyst to join our LATAM team. You will administer, analyze, and optimize associate benefit programs across Brazil, Chile and Mexico, partnering with HR Generalists and vendors to deliver health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, communicate benefits options, and help design cost-effective programs while protecting employee interests.

• Evaluate existing benefits packages, benchmark against industry standards, and recommend enhancements to attract and retain top talent.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and provide expert guidance on benefit-related matters to associates and stakeholders.
• Administer and communicate the company's benefits program regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.
• Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs.
• Develop and interpret HR policies and procedures that protect employees and the corporation.
• Develop benefit communications and counsel employees on benefit-related issues.
• Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws.
• Handle confidential documents/information.
• Reconcile monthly billings.
• Work with benefit vendors.

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst to join our team in Latin America (LATAM). Overview: As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in administering, analyzing, and optimizing associate benefit programs across our LATAM operations (Brazil, Chile and Mexico).

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include evaluating existing benefits packages, conducting market research to benchmark against industry standards, and recommending enhancements to attract and retain top talent.


• You will collaborate closely with AS Generalists and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.


• Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing expert guidance on benefit-related matters to associates and stakeholders.


• Administers and communicates the company's benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.


• Assists in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs.


• Develop and interpret Human Resources policies and procedures that protect the interest of employees and the corporation.


• Develops benefit communications and counsels employees on benefit related issues.


• Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws.


• Handle confidential documents/information.


• Reconciles billings on a monthly basis.
