HSBC Mexico seeks an experienced Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Substantiation Manager to lead the BSRS program and ensure accurate financial disclosures. You will design and monitor the certification process, remediate findings, and supervise teams delivering monthly reconciliations and external reporting to regulators.

The role requires strong accounting expertise, 5–8 years in finance, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, mandatory.
Accounting background 5-8 years of experience.
Experience dealing with Finance units/auditors/Regulators.
Advanced quantitative and presentation skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Responsabilidades

Oversee assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of the account certification process.
Remediate initial findings to set up a long‑term BSRS process.
Ensure timely submission of financial and regulatory reporting to external stakeholders.
Supervise teams to ensure accuracy of monthly balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation.
Provide timely and accurate information to senior management and regulators.
