Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Balance Sheet Management Intermediate Analyst to drive governance of funding, investing and analytics for the balance sheet. The role supports liquidity management, interest-rate risk and capital planning, interfacing with other teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

The candidate will participate in capital markets activities, identify and resolve complex issues with professional judgment, and lead workflow improvements while supervising junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in finance or related area.
• Advanced Excel and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to governance of funding, investing and analytics of the balance sheet.
• Participates in liquidity and interest rate risk management and capital planning.
• Involved in capital markets activities including securitization and transfer pricing.
• Identifies and resolves problems using autonomous judgment.
• Implements workflow changes with thorough knowledge of the function.
• Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner.
• Directs day-to-day work of junior level employees.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citigroup policies.
