Power Digital Marketing in Mexico seeks a Creative Director to own the full creative vision for a broad client portfolio, from strategy through production. You will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive revenue and brand growth.

You will mentor a large, multidisciplinary team, elevate capabilities, and collaborate with leadership to expand services and win new business—while ensuring high quality and measurable results.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Track record of conceiving and delivering multi-channel campaigns at scale.
• Expertise across copywriting, design, production and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive the creative vision across a broad client portfolio.
• Oversee strategy, concepting, design, production and post-production.
• Lead and grow a large creative team, including senior managers.
• Establish team structures, workflows and standards.
• Partner with leadership to expand services and win new business.
• Maintain client retention and identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent the practice through thought leadership and events.
• Ensure QA processes and on-time, revenue-aligned delivery.
• Drive growth by meeting P&L goals and optimizing resources.
• Leverage AI to improve processes and results.
