• Proven experience leading large creative teams at a senior level.
• Track record of delivering multi-channel creative campaigns that drive business growth.

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive the creative vision across a broad client portfolio.
• Oversee strategy, concepting, design, production and post-production.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary creative team including managers and senior staff.
• Evolve workflows, standards, and QA to ensure quality and efficiency.
