ISS Facility Services is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure. You will drive secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions, automate operations, monitor performance, and handle incident response as part of our transformation journey.

You will contribute to migration initiatives to Azure IaaS/PaaS, manage incidents, and ensure operational readiness from design through deployment, with a focus on IaC, networking, and containerization.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on admin or deployment experience in cloud environments.
• AZ-104 certification is a plus.
• Strong IaC skills using Terraform or Bicep.
• Solid networking knowledge: DNS, NSG, VNets.
• Scripting experience: PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience with containerization/AKS is a plus.
• Windows/Linux administration experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cloud migration initiatives towards Azure IaaS or PaaS.
• Handle cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and efficiency.
• Participate in cloud projects from design to operational readiness.
• Be part of hosted applications lifecycle management process.
