PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an AWS Solution Architect - Senior Manager to drive digital transformation with innovative software solutions. You will design, code, and test applications across advisory services, coaching teams to deliver high-impact results in fast-changing environments.

You will lead diverse, inclusive teams, communicate holistically with clients, and ensure quality outcomes by applying systems thinking and agile practices across AWS-native development and testing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

As an AWS Solution Architect - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance through innovative software solutions. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor, using your influence and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and make impactful decisions.

• Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment processes
• Directing the architecture and development of scalable microservices and enterprise applications
• Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and rapid experimentation to foster innovation
• Validating software quality through rigorous testing and debugging processes
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their technical skills and professional growth

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
