PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an AWS Modernization Specialist - Manager to lead client systems modernization using AWS, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering cloud engineering solutions.

You will mentor staff, manage client engagements, and drive ATDD, CI/CD, and microservices integration while promoting best practices in platform engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an AWS Modernization Specialist - Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming client systems and applications to leverage the full potential of AWS technologies. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency for our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement cutting-edge AWS solutions. Responsibilities

• Leading the modernization of AWS platforms by implementing innovative software engineering practices
• Managing client engagements and driving the successful delivery of cloud engineering solutions
• Overseeing the development and integration of enterprise application architectures and microservices
• Guiding teams in the application of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to enhance software development processes
• Conducting code reviews and confirming adherence to coding standards and quality assurance testing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions
• Mentoring junior staff in software project management and application lifecycle management
• Promoting the adoption of platform engineering and architecture best practices within the team
• Facilitating business process improvement initiatives through effective client management and communication

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
