PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Azure Agentic Engineering Lead (Senior Manager) to drive software innovation and digital transformation for a diverse client portfolio. You will design, code, and test applications using Java, Python, and C++ while leading cross-functional teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You will coach teams, manage large projects, apply systems thinking, and deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an Azure Agentic Engineering Lead, you will drive software and product innovation, focusing on developing transformative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will leverage your skills to design, code, and test applications that enhance business performance and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will apply your professional knowledge to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams, and solve complex problems. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, contributing to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. What You Must Have
