PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an AWS Full Stack Developer – Manager to lead software engineering efforts for diverse client portfolios. You will oversee AWS native development, drive delivery with Agile methods, and manage multidisciplinary teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You’ll mentor juniors and ensure project success while upholding PwC standards. Based in Monterrey, you will collaborate with Cloud Engineering and Data & Analytics networks to deliver

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

As an AWS Full Stack Developer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Software Engineering team. You will leverage your skills to develop and implement cutting‑edge solutions that meet client needs, focusing on AWS Native Development & Testing. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will collaborate within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, focusing on Platform Engineering & Architecture. This opportunity allows you to work directly with clients, providing innovative solutions and fostering meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software development processes
• Conducting code reviews and promoting adherence to coding standards to maintain software quality
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to develop scalable software solutions
• Guiding teams in debugging and troubleshooting software issues to optimize application functionality
• Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive business process improvements
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
