Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated professional to lead operations across one or more retail stores in Monterrey. You will develop, implement, and execute operational plans and activities to ensure smooth non-sales processes and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels and store appearance, promoting operational readiness, merchandise receiving and stocking, and coordinating activities across multiple stores, including new openings and payroll-related tasks.

• Multi‑store responsibilities may include support for new store openings, payroll and incentive activities, and planning or coordination of events, contests, and promotional initiatives.
• Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on‑going operations.
• Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence.
