About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and creative Especialista en Capacitación y Desarrollo Profesional to join their Human Resources team in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, MX. This hybrid role will involve designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and align with the company's strategic objectives. You will play a key role in identifying training needs, developing engaging content, and ensuring the effective delivery of learning opportunities across the organization. We are looking for an individual passionate about employee development and creating a culture of continuous learning within a hybrid work environment in Tlalnepantla.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify employee training and development needs through needs assessments and consultations with managers.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
• Utilize various training methodologies, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Manage the training budget and coordinate external training resources when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in adult learning, talent development, and instructional design.
• Contribute to the development of career paths and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to align development programs with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related HR role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a hybrid work setting.
• Creative and innovative approach to developing learning solutions.
• Experience working in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, is preferred.
