Formación

• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing training programs.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.
• Solid technical automotive knowledge (engines, transmissions, diagnostics, ADAS) and hands-on training ability.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• +3 years of experience in an OEM automotive environment, with ~30% travel and relevant engineering degree.

Responsabilidades

• Project management of training processes for dealer network implementations.
• Communicate with training areas of dealers and provide support.
• Manage budgets, procurement processes, and supplier management for training projects.
• Propose and follow up on training and career plans aligned with KPIs.
• Measure staff turnover and analyze dealer technician training levels and KPI impact.
• Plan and execute training programs as a technical instructor.
• Customize training programs for different audiences and environments.
• Develop and refine technical presentations for clear learning experiences.
